Family Session in PHX

    On a recent trip to the Phoenix area, I had the opportunity to shoot some family portraits for some of my wife’s family who lives there.  I thought I would share a couple of images from our session.  We had a great setting for shooting portraits and we shot them right before sunset and as the sun was setting.

    Even though we are all grown up, there is still plenty of evidence that are just a bunch of kids!

    All in all, it was a great trip and we enjoyed getting to see everyone!

    I love the way the photos came out Stephen. They look spectacular. What set up did you use to get these pictures?

  • Thanks Chris! For all of the photos you see above, I used a Lastolite Ezybox 24″ x 24″ for my key light and then used an 45″ shoot-through umbrella on-axis for fill – about 1 1/2 stops below the key light.
